Complaints Procedure

If you believe we have not handled your personal data appropriately, we encourage you to follow this escalation pathway:

Internal Review

If you are not satisfied with the DPO's response, request an internal review by a senior member of management. We will acknowledge your escalation within 5 working days.

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office:
